CQM Certification for Contractors Near Williamsburg, VA

What is CQM Certification?

The Corps of Engineers Prospect #784 course, Construction Quality Management Course for Contractors (CQM-C), is a course and certification that is required for most Federal government contracts including the US Army Corp of Engineers (USACE), the Veterans Administration (VA), General Services Administration (GSA), US Air Force, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the National Park Service (NPS).

The certification focuses on the key principles and concepts of quality management. The two main areas of focus can be summarized as 1) minimizing defects on final assets and 2) identifying and solving defects before they affect customers. This is extremely critical in ensuring jobs are done safely and efficiently with high quality results. By taking this class and passing the following examination, you will show a passable knowledge of critical quality management essentials.
